Rights

Hereby the supplier grants Mate Media Group BV and a licensee of either companies, the license for the use of the works as agreed upon with the editor in chief of the magazines Winq and Mate, in print in the German and Spanish and English magazine Mate, and the Dutch magazine Winq. And also grants Winq Media BV and Mate Media Group BV and a licensee of either companies, the license for the use of the works as agreed upon with the editor in chief of the magazines Winq and Mate for online publishing via Zinio and for online publishing on the iPad. Supplier also grants Mate Media Group BV and a licensee of either companies, to use of the works for promotional purposes for Winq and Mate – such as banners, posters and publication on their websites. This right of use is irrevocable and unconditional. Mate Media Group BV is granted unlimited authorization to modify the work, for example by means of editing or translating. Supplier indemnifies Winq Media BV and Mate Media Group BV for any claims from third parties in connection with their work. Winq Media BV and Mate Media Group BV reserve the right not to purchase (or pay for) the work if it does not meet the standard of the magazines Winq and Mate or if it differs from what supplier and editor(s) in chief have agreed upon prior to delivery. Judgment of this is done solely by the editor(s) in chief of Winq and Mate. Mate Media Group BV will only make payments after publication, unless agreed upon differently.
